Scope
As an approved contractor on the Sheffield Teaching Hospitals approved contractor framework Porter Electrical have a working relationship within the NHS trust which spans over 30 years. Our Management team, Engineers and Operatives have extensive knowledge of providing installations within the healthcare sector.
Over the years we have worked with Sheffield Teaching Hospitals on various projects, such as full ward refurbishments, operating theatre refurbishments and upgrades, electrical infrastructure and distribution upgrades, UPS and IPS systems and general and emergency lighting to name a few.
Much of the works we carry out must be carefully planned and co-ordinated with the Trust and their estates department to ensure minimum disruption onsite. In many cases works must be completed out of hours to assist with this.
